Trending Cheap

Chiffon blouses are everywhere.  This elegant trend dresses up every occasion.  Blouses and shorts are even huge.  I'm particularly loving the tulip back cut.  I'm not prepared to go bare back quite yet.  I am a midwestern baptist girl at heart, that would be too scandalous.  We can all still get the effect even if I'm wearing a cami.

How adorable is this peterpan collar pleated top.  It's so sweet, and so me.  I could wear it with skinny jeans, or tucked in to a little skirt.  Either way I love it.  The mint green is perfectly on trend as well!

Boutique Splurge

Goddis Sweater.  I just splurged on this beauty.  Too bad it has been over 100 degrees, and I can't imagine wearing a sweater any time soon.  Man-O-Man I love this look.  It's ridiculously soft and looks great over one shoulder!

Cheap Indulgences

I've been a fan of House Of Harlow Jewelry for a long time.  I'm in love with the tribal geometric designs, the black and gold, and the bohemian feel the jewelry has.  If I could, I would take it all...but I can't.


So I look for pieces with a similar feel..

I found this little gem at Charlotte Russe.  It obviously doesn't have the quality and heaft I attribute with House of Harlow, but it'll do for the season and $5 isn't too bad.

I can't wait to wear it!

This tee from NationLTD.   It may not look like much on the mannequin, but it is super soft, and drapes beautifully on a real body.  The tight fitting arms gives the appearance of a thin person draped in luxurious fabric.  It's perfect for looking great and comfy cool during your weekend errands.  I happen to have it in grey...
